• “Subscription” refers to the paid membership required to access all platform features.

2. Eligibility

To use BeLoved, you must:

• Be 30 years of age or older

• Be a Christian (any denomination)

• Live in the United States

• Agree to become a verified user

We reserve the right to deny access if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Maintain only one account

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Avoid impersonation, fraudulent profiles, or misleading content

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Subscription Terms

• BeLoved requires a $10 monthly subscription.

• New users receive a 30-day free trial before billing begins.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

5. Acceptable Use & Community Standards

By using BeLoved, you agree to uphold Christian values, including honesty, respect, and integrity.
Prohibited behaviors include:

• Harassment, abuse, or offensive communication

• Explicit or inappropriate content

• Scams, fraud, or solicitation

• Hate speech, discrimination, or bullying

• Sharing others’ information without consent

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or permanent ban.

6. Not a Matchmaking Service

BeLoved does not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes.

We provide a community platform where mature Christian singles can connect authentically.

We do not offer matchmaking services, counseling, or arranged pairing.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts

• Restrict access

• Ban or permanently remove users

This may occur with or without notice, especially when platform rules or safety standards are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeLoved is not responsible for:

• Offline interactions between users

• Personal decisions or relationships that result from the platform

• Damages, losses, or disputes arising from user interactions

Use the platform with wisdom and discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
